As I’m a veteran hunter, I wanted my son to learn the basics of hunting. This book by Michael Waguespack helped me a lot to spark that ignition of hunting interest within him. The book is suitable for both boys and girls from 9 years. Include short and exciting stories about the thrill of hunting. I also read a few and enjoyed them. I loved the fact of having hunting rules printed inside the paperback. The print is larger than expected but an excellent gifting option for new and young hunters.

While there are a lot of hunting books for young readers not many express the essence of hunting. The stories are very funny and interesting and I appreciate the author’s effort. He named topics like zombie buck and others to make kids read. The message at the beginning from the authors inspires little hunters to grow up with some knowledge about the topic. I have bought a couple of these to gift my friend’s sons.
